Legal Secretary Certification contained by Chicago?

Do you know who certifies legally recognized secretaries in Illinois? It is jammy to find Paralegal certification, even school but not for legal secretaries. I used to work surrounded by a law firm which did it but I be never able to return with into the program.

Employee bypassing me at lift time.?

It is the review time in my company and a markedly competent employee contained by my team is bypassing me completely within negotiating his promotion and bring to the fore and going directly to my manager (his grand-manager).
