Being an admin position, i would brush up on anything Microsoft Office based.
I cogitate it's the standard suite for most jobs, and if you're within admin i would bet they use Excel and Word etc.
Other than that, perhaps email which would probably be Outlook or Lotus email, but it's adjectives very similar.
