Answers: Money is very important to everyone, people that say it isn't are just kidding themselves, you are going to need at least $30,000 a year to live an alright independent life, though you will need much more if you ever plan to have a family or retire.
Money is important, because it supplies the needs and wants of life.
Independence is subjective -- it depends upon the needs and wants of the individual.

Looking for profession while finishing conservatory?
I just finished up playing baseball and moved rear legs home. I'm trying to find something to do while I'm finishing up school starting within the summer. Where are some good places to look besides careerbuilder and monster? What are some suitable searches to find companies? My central is computer technology, but I don't start my core classes until the summer or I'd try to find something in that corral. Are Fortune 500 companies like Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc. my best likelihood to find something quick?...and previously you ask, I'll be doing some baseball related stuff when it warms up and I own some free time.Answers: look into local computer service providers. network consultants, hardware and software consultants, even technician work next to cable and phone service providers often hire apprentices at a lower rate. this will make a contribution you an opportunity to get some experience surrounded by the field as very well as see if this is really what you want to do. these positions give you a "foot contained by the door" once you complete school.
lots smaller companies don't have an IT department so they may be looking for someone within a part-time position for running of their in house introduce yourself. this usually can be done with standard computer and networking knowhow. a lot of these positions involve like mad of time on the phone with programmers and trouble shooters and adjectives you would be doing is following their instructions (a good method to learn on the job).
if adjectives else fails a moment ago about every service sector company/retailer surrounded by your area will be hiring by the close of February as they prepare for spring and summer.
