Starting a catering business--which hot food carrier are the best?

I'm starting a food catering service very soon and I've have the worst of times trying to find a hot food carrier that keep the *entire* unit reheat. Most of these "plug-in" food warmers only bake up one side of the bag.

Any suggestions at adjectives? Thank you so much!

Answers: Cheap styrofoam ice chests.

How do you desire which chore is the right fit-2 offer and ..?

both have pros but both own a lot of cons. 1) post, good foot, benefits are okay, they only proffer 1-wk vacation + 3-days of sick recompense a year, it never increases, 401K isn't matching, position is mostly phones that aren't busy, mail/shipping/international mail which I'm not familar near, no opportunties to advance, the position remains impossible to tell apart but close to hm. & it's an out-source, on the property of the company they do office services for 2) Phones, customer asst./order taking backup, admin., projects, busy desk, greeting company, opportunity to advance, great benefits, 3-wks PTO, 401K harmonizing but it's a bit further away from home & starts out as a temp for 1-wk to see if your a good fit, they've also have some other temps to try out. How do you decide, I want to build either work but really can't adopt 1-wk vacation & simply 3-days sick leave year, I know here are more important things to regard about at work but it is an insentive, it's what you look forward to, how do you agree on.

Answers: Well, when do you need to consent to the other employer know that you can start? Do you currently have a employment now? If not, I would narrate them that if you do accept the chore, you wouldn't be able to start for at tiniest 2 weeks. This way you can try the other opportunity out first to see if your the "right fit". I don't understand why companies do this... It's not right, and frustrating to voice the least. Let the company know that that won't work for you, I reason it speaks something of that company who would let citizens quit their jobs, of late to let them shift a week later. So I would put that on my con side of things.

As far as the other company go, I'm not sure. Do you really need this amend right now? Neither of the companies give the impression of being to be the right fit that fit all of your requirements. If you don't currently have a charge, take the commission with the smaller number benifits until you find something different if you need the money presently. leave it stale your resume for the purposes and if asked in another interview influence your doing some temp work for a friend and list your friend as the mention. You might find with the other company they are more laissez-faire then you presume with the time sour, and you might be able to form up hours if need be. I do appreciate your time off wishes as I just recenlty interviewed which didn't contribute anytime off for one year!

The verdict is up to you and what works for you, I don't like the certainty that the second company with better benifits are allowing these those to quit their jobs and conveyance their lifes with an unknown adjectives with their company.

Good luck you! I hope I help you some what..

What Should I Do With My Future?

I'm debating if I should become a Correctional Officer (pay is about 5800/month within CA) or if I should become a Marine (which pays 1500/monthish.

Thing is, I want to be in the military, but I dont know if I should simply get the livelihood as a CO now and not verbs about the military since it doesnt income much, or if I should get the military experience that I want (plus college schooling rewarded for).

What do you think?

Answers: I be in a similar situation,it be the sheriffs academy VS's the Army.

I chose the Army, and I am so glad I did. Being a C.O. or a deputy, you definitely revise about empire, society and gain a "worldly" education of sorts. In the Army the teaching was so much more intense, from the society around me to the cultures I encountered while stationed out of the country, and yes, the college benefits are a real plus.

That $5,800 a month within Ca.?Many truckers earn that without worrying roughly speaking getting HIV or having a "homey" break their frontage everyday. Break it down. Feds get 28% bad the top. You have to munch through, and pay rent or Mortgage. Not cheap surrounded by Ca. ( I live near L.A. myself) In the Military, you own the basics covered.Life within military "barracks" are more like college dorms in our time, not whats depicted in the outdated movies. Except for personal debt, spending your money is just an resort.I knew some guys who never go out of the barracks,( not advisable) never spent money and truly went home near a huge jumpstart financialy.

Yes, you might hate the service every year you are in it, but you will cherish the memorys every year thereafter.

Join a branch of the military, then take into law enforcement. Its a win/win situation.Trust me. Best of luck regardless!
If you mix the military just know that conservatory is out of the question. They bargain about money for college but they don't update you when you can go to college. After you are finished 4-6 years now. It shouldn't simply be about the money. I would suggest to merely stay in academy and out of the military for now. Joining will transport you straight to Iraq and you will not have time for college.
