I'm a small 20 year old girlI a short time ago got a living at a building supply centre where on earth I work cash.. it is vastly complicated, boring and my co-workers are constantly at each others throats..

i met someone at my contemporary job offered me a weld job
at his work place.. for over double the money (min. wage) i am getting right now
the problem is this brief is 1 hour away (although he agreed to carpool) .. also I would be working from 4 pm to 4 am
is it worth the switch??
PS, pay near the new weld job could increase to 3 times the recompense i have immediately
