Why is fleece so evil?
Apparently that's what Employer's think. Why do some employer not allow their male workforce to have long fleece or facial hair. This is totally upsetting to me because I enjoy my long hackle and my six o' clock shadow. By the way, I don't look close to a mess. I am very capably groomed; I keep my fuzz nicely groomed. What is so filthy about facial spine?Answers: I think that it's adjectives about the depiction an employer wants to portray. If it's a conservative paddock then a conservative appearance is desired. Some associates can't get over the certainty that they want their banker or CPA or insurance agent to look a positive way. If a verbs shaven, short hair guy sign is the one the company wants to portray consequently you're not going to get the charge. It stinks but it's true.
I hate to enunciate this but you might want to consider shaving for your interviews, or maybe getting your mane cut a bit shorter. I guess it's what is most important at this time. If you hold a job already after there's no need to shift your look. If you really need a assignment badly after you might want to consider some changes to your outward appearance.

so i'm trying to get a city situation & they have me jump thru hurdles! know they want to know EVERY job i hold had since i graduate highschool that was on files. personally i cant remember. i in a minute 3 were supermarket job parttime but they want actual dates! not of late the year & how long i was in attendance & everything & i'm also hearing that if this info is not accurate they wont hire me. the errand is NYC bus operator HELP ME PLZAnswers: You can other group similar jobs together. Like if you enjoy 3 grocery jobs you can put the date from 2003-2006 and just put your title as Grocery clerk or anything. You can list the companies as bullet points. I would voice not to go over 2 page for your resume and most of the previous work not associated with your current profession, next usually it's not worth mentioning. The employer just requests to see a progression and see if you are responsible with no gap in between. Don't in recent times guess on the dates because when they run a environment check, they will want to verify the dates you worked. If it is crucial for the date, you can always run a conditions check on yourself online for under $30.
It's brand of unusual for an employer to ask for anything older than 15 years. even for a city situation. Look through you old taxes or contact social warranty. You'll have to contact respectively employer one by one a get your date from them. They have to grant you dates employed, final position and rehire status. They probably won't give you wage information in need you faxing some kind of consent contained by writing.
