Terminated/resigned overcoming this contained by an interview?

I was ask to resign my position as a department manager roughly speaking 2 years ago, and have a interview for a hot job Friday. I be wondering if brought up how can I over come this? The resignation isn't like you would estimate, I was set up at work and still hold great references from the available job to include my boss. HR just didn't fantasize our way. If asked how do I address it? I don't want to feign, but I don't want to say to much. I did resign and be not terminated, should I leave it at that? I get paid my break etc... so all paperwork supports that I give notice. I a short time ago believe that a previous employer has told my unsullied prospective employer that I was terminated and I'm worried it's going to come up. Hope this make sense! Thanks!!

Answers: I would suggest leaving the details OUT. If brought up, travel with what happen but then bring up what you can bring to the company, and what lesssons you cultured from that company. Don't dwell on the past, this will head them to believe that you aren't strong. Never lie, folks know people.

It's polite that you have your out-of-date boss as a reference, if someone said you be terminated how do they know? Were they there? You can play that adjectives day long!

How would i travel give or take a few getting a art within counseling.i own never be to college & dont know where on earth 2 start!?

ultimately i want to be a high university counselor or a marriage counselor... my husband is contained by the military so we will be moving around a bit... any advice?!

Answers: High university counselors don't "counsel" anymore so if you really want to work with indivudals and/or couples, you will inevitability to get a master's level and then catch licensure. Your degree can be contained by either social work or psychology; you can start next to classes at a community college and then some colleges own on-line courses but it's more difficult at the undergraduate level. Masters you can do adjectives on-line. It's doable so pursue further. Good luck!
There are a few on line school....good where on earth ever you travel in the states.....entail a degree...
