(a) and the pay here isnt too appropriate untill you get a few raise but once you level out you are over 20 an hour (im still not partly way after 5 raises) so it can be honourable or bad but it really depends on where on earth you are because there oodles different contracts and some nonunion stores as well

Why didn't you notify him that you have experience contained by an admin role but it was not what your after, that you gain use full experience out of it but now you want more.
You did 3/4 hours of training, that's zilch. Often when you start new job there isn't alot they permit you do, you need to use initiative and find small tasks to do, be it empty the bins.
You cant expect to walk into a unsullied job and be promoted right away. It take time, it takes years and years to gain into management.
You cant convey your boss to give you a better mission. Prove your competent at the basics and ask if you could cram some extra skills that would help you carry the recruitment position.
Maybe you aren't suited to the type of positions you are applying for, possibly admin and management isn't suited to you. You hold to have the right self and the nack for these things.
Go see a careers councilor and gain them to test you to see what job path your suited too.

hold a Master's degree contained by business management from UK and currently surrounded by the US. I was working for this small firm as an admin. I be never interested in admin because I needed a brief where I could do something to do next to sales and this be the very first profession of my life. During interview I told him I hold no workexperience and will he be willing to train me and he agreed. He did train me for 3-4 days for 1 hour respectively and expected me to be proactive about entity to do. He started having problems next to me and commented that I am not proactive and taking time to learn. I told him commonly to give me the recruiters position but he didn't maxim I am not a good fit coz I cant do simple admin's profession well. Can anyone notify me if this can be true.
