What are the frequent questions asked in a bank teller interview?

Everyone that interviews potential tellers does their method/questioning differently. But they're ALL going to ask you about previous positions you've held with other companies.
The bank teller position is much different than it used to be. It used to be just cash handling and servicing of customer requests when they come in the branch. NOW a days, banking as an industry is just another sales organization operating as a bank. Make sure to tailor the answers you use towards a sales focus. As a teller you're going to have to refer to bankers and other lines of business as part of your job - and typically will have a goal assigned to you. It's imperative that they first, see you can count cash, balance a cash drawer, and have experience handling high traffic peak times of customer traffic. But also, they need to know you can sell and have done it before.

Do you really inevitability experience to work at a grease convert opportunity at 18 years mature?
I heard you dont have need of experiance and they train you,but then i hear you inevitability to have exprience which make no sense if they train you,well can anyone share me what you need within order to work at a grease change place,and how much is it an hour for a 18 year outmoded.Oh and and how much does WAL-MART pay an hour for stocking shelves and i hear it's a 3rd shift job which make it more comfortable
Answers: I can not tell you first appendage but I would not imagine that an grease change shop would require experience. They probably would start you out at minimum wage. They individual way to know for sure would be to cram out an application & talk to the organizer. I would imagine WalMart would be much one and the same, although they may have an online source that shows brief opportunities available, starting retribution, & benefits.
