I second the Physicians office. Very few are amenable hoildays and weekends. Many close early on Fridays.

You may know how to obtain assistance from the local County Child Support Division or the Office of the Attorney General’s (OAG’s) Child Support Division (CSD).

I'm not sure which county you are within, but you should be able to find a county child support division by doing a turn out on G00GLE or yahoo.
