Answers: I work online from home, it allows me to be a stay at home Mom, which I really enjoy. You must be careful when looking for an HONEST online job, a lot of them are SCAMS. The site I signed up for is below. I have been making a good living with the jobs I found through them for the last 4 years. I don't know if they're accepting any new members, if they are I would highly recommend signing up with them!

try not to spend all of the time in the grill-area, learn all positions - there's a lot you can learn about each position - which will help you get raises too, you can learn a lot about how business is run, and many aspects of businesses on a micro scale.
it's good experience, and you can make a lot of friends on the job. they also provide uniforms so you won't need an entire wardrobe for work.
