ok so i had a interview at Victoria's Secret friday and the girl that interviewed me said she would send for me back this coming week no issue what and she wouldnt leave me limp..I havent heard posterior yet. Tell her you just needed to follow up with her and how much you would wallow in working at the company. Just remember to stay positive if it doesnt happen at hand it will somewhere else.

In this situation I would get a thank you card or information to her as fast as possible - any hand deliver it to the store or pop it surrounded by the mail today. Thank her for the interview and update her how much you appreciate her time, and how much you are looking forward to working at Victoria's Secret, as well as one or two points roughly your strengths.

Call back. Be confident but don't ever appear to be desperate or stormy. Recruiters and Hiring Managers get busy beside other things. I have found that most Recruiters I've deal with are not "real" associates individuals. When interviewing for Director and V.P. level job, most of the so called Senior Recruiters, never even get back to me, after 1 or 2 interviews. By the track, I'm a current Director of Recruiting. take a bundle of vote 50 CV's and then jump looking in every retail establishment and provide them a copy of it ?Many people voice most jobs arent advertise but would this really get me any results ?

Answers: it wouldnt hurt. The more you get hold of your resume out there the more probable you are to find a job. Check online as resourcefully. Careerbuilder and monster are a wonderful place to begin. Remember if going into the stores, singular give your resume to the officer and if you can get the District Managers contact info to pass directly to them. If you give to a local hand more likely it will only just end up surrounded by the trash.

If I were going to cart a bundle of resumés around I would put them into some sort of briefcase, and take one out at a time.
If I be job hunting I would clear a detailed list of exactly what I want surrounded by a position - everything from duties to remuneration to working conditions to fellow employees to supervisors and bosses to shifts I would close to, etc., etc. Then I would target the establishments I prefer first. This is based on the statute of attraction, by the way.

Some places may want you to permeate in an application form. Make sure you hold a prepared personal statement and statement of skills, some forms ask these questions, also reference. Fill it in at a coffee shop and mitt it back near your CV as soon as possible.

I would do what the others say. Target is a well brought-up place to work. But if you want a lot of hours you own almost be avable 8 hours a day 7 days a week.
