How do I enjoy a great interview and LAND the assignment??
I have be to a few job interviews within the last week or so and I'm not getting the employment. What should I do? I get stuck when interviewers ask me what are my weakness and if I have any question for them?? Please help beside some tips. ThanksAnswers: You should never be "stuck" during an interview. If you know you freeze up and have trouble thinking on your foot you have to prepare for these things. Sit down for a few hours and give attention to about what your weakness, strengths, and skills are. Write them down. Make sure you have a dutiful example for each one. I would suggest coming up near 3 weaknesses and 3 strengths. For respectively one, have an anecdote.
Example: One of my weakness is my tendency to micromanage my subordinates. Once on a group project I be so concerned about what everyone else be doing I fell behind on my own work. I presently take measures to ensure that this won't appear again. I give my group member specific instructions at the beginning of the project and force myself to trust them to carry out up to my standards.
Think ahead of time. It will save you contained by the end. Good luck and remember, practice make perfect but don't seem to be too rehearsed. It sounds too much like you're playing the activity instead of being frank.
