Using IRAC formula for officially recognized analysis?
I just started a paralegal program and my professor desires us to write a legal analysis on a baggage. She didn't explain very capably on how to do it. I know what the acronym stands for but I'm just have a hard time trying to word everything together and tie everything together painstakingly.Any help?
Answers: Issue
Rule
Analysis
Conclusion
Issue - Identify the issue that you obligation to tackle. It is usually the interview at the end of a honest scenario.
Rule - that is what the directive is, based upon the unembellished scenario.
Analysis - you analyze the law base upon the factual scenario.
Conclusion - you determine what the come to an end result is.
What case do you stipulation a legal analysis for? If you want to provide us more details, we can probably serve get you started next to the analysis.
Also, you do not have to separate anything out, except for the issue, when you write your weekly.
So, it would go close to this:
ISSUE: Then you type in the issue.
Next, you type surrounded by the rule of law, followed by an analysis and conclusion. Obviously, at hand are paragraphs but you don't separate it out by wise saying "Rule" and then quoting the directive, "Analysis" and analyze the law to the reality pattern, and "Conclusion."
There is an example here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IRAC
Issue and Rule aren't too concrete, to me, but I find that it's sometimes difficult to separate Analysis and Conclusion. I would suggest you keep the conclusion to as brief a statement as you can create to sum things up, and leave adjectives else within the analysis cubicle.
Anybody know any on line jobs or work at home that aren't scams?
Answers: I made a deep research on work at home, and I felt disappointed, they're scams, unless you already work at some company and make a deal to work for it at home. Be careful with some answers you're going to receive here, because someone who told me he found a very serious company, hiring people to work at home, paying lots of money, was only making publicity for them, here at runeye.com. I couldn't find any one that doesn't ask fees in advance. So be careful and good luck.
Hello, if you are interested in working from home, this is a great business. First of all I want to tell you I have checked out tons of work at home jobs..going to extremes of looking them up on the Better Business Bureau website..all the ones I have found have a NEGATIVE file..then I came across this work at home job..looked them up and they are satisfactory..they have been in business for 9 yrs now. I took the first step by giving them a chance and it is the best decision I have made for myself..they train, give you everything you need to actually make money and everyone who works for them are extremely helpful. I urge you to look over their site and watch the video that is presented (which tells you what the business is about and how you make a profitable paycheck). If you have any questions or just need more information please feel free to contact me, I dont mind helping at all! Just thought Id let you know about this because I have went thru the same thing you are going thru..looking at tons of online jobs to find nothing but a waste of my time. Good luck with whatever you choose to do!!

Hi,
As a single mother it is very hard to make ends meet sometimes.
I have spent countless hours with online work and most didn't
live up to expectation. However I have finally found the
answer -
http://legitworkonline.blogspot.com - Its been a life saver!

Yes, there are many jobs out there that are not scams. First, there are a few cardinal rules for looking for ligitimate online jobs:
1) If they ask for any type of fees, RUN FAR AWAY!
2) You will most likely not find a plain ol' data entry job.
3) Work at home jobs are not any easier than regular jobs you do outside the home, anything promising lots of money for doing nothing is a scam or a bad business opportunity.
4) Do not "process payments" for anyone, you could end up in the big house.
5) Is the job they are offering going to "change your life", I doubt it.
6) Legitimate companies will not advertise their jobs on banners or spam mail.
To start getting educated about work at home jobs you need to visit http://www.wahm.com message boards and read, read, read. There is tons of information there that will help you avoid scams. Next, go to http://www.workathomedesk.com which is a free site that has a directory of legitimate companies that hire home workers. Depending on your skills and experience, you should find some good leads there.
Hope this helps. Good luck!
