Subway interview...?
I have an interview at subway tomorrow. I want to be prepared to answer any of the question they ask. One is probably:Why do you want to work here?
Does it sound okay if I articulate something like this:
I focus subway would be a good first situation for me.
Should I add more to it? I don't know what else to right to be heard.
Answers: why do you want to work there?
be honest
show your person
don't answer yes or no to questions but other add some insight or details
the interveiwer is not interested contained by answering questions they are intersested surrounded by you.
that does not mean don't ask question, what that means is ask eloquent questions
ex. programme, schedule request, settle, pay-oeriods, pay-day, training, which are all things that should be covered but if ask. ask for clarification of things you don't understand.
your interviewer may own a written test that you will cart it will comtain different scenairios dealing with characteristic, service or cleanliness issues and will ask how you would deal beside those issues. many QSR employer use test for dosh handling abilities as resourcefully
.
try to show all of your strengths in need trying to be overly impressive, newly be natural.
your interveiwer have probably interveiwed and hired hundreds of employees, the QSR industry is a illustrious turnover industry you are not going to say or do anything that someone else hasn't already done so don't verbs.
you are going to be at subway until you get a better post,
that is a certainty.
your prospective employer knows that certainty as well.
it is their commission, to make subway the best work you can get, for as long as possible.
it will be your duty to learn brief skills, work ethic and to perform your duties to the best of your talent. you will learn to treaty with customers, other organization, good and not so polite managers, purveyors and your loved ones while keeping up your studies and work. good luck you will do great, use this charge as a tool to grow it could become a career or it can money for college or your first car.
your chore is what you make of it, your career is what pays for you to do the things you enjoy.
I wouldn't mention the "first job" point as it highlights what is also on your application - and is not seen as a positive attribute. However, you can answer that you surface Subway would give you the opportunity to further develop your brief skills by benefitting the company with your punctuality, dignified work standards and committment (and any other qualities you get the impression you have) . Always turn the questions on the interviewers by adding up a benefit the company will gain. Sad to say, most employer are not really interested in how they can facilitate you. Good luck with the interview, hope you seize the job.
Admin...(UK)?
Admin jobs requiring NO experience etc. gratitude all.Answers: You may be stuck contained by a job as an department junior doing all the menial chore like file, making the tea, running errands and answering the phone, and you are probably only going to get hold of minimum pay! I would tend to look at the bigger companies contained by your area or your local authority for an passage. Good Luck :-)
WHAT does this close-fisted when applying for a duty??
i received an email via a job site, and they have certain requirements one of which is below - what the heck do they want for years of experience - i've never see this before!1 ^A 1/2 + years of experience surrounded by a T-Mobile Care and/or operations environment or as business dictates.
Answers: I believe it money 1 and half years available exper.
This assignment requires prior experience (entry-level nonetheless...1-either 1 1/2, 2 or 3) in a unusual aspect of the position. It looks like you must hold previous experience working in a Call Center(??) for customer keeping for T-Mobile inorder to be fully qualified for the position.
Just say that if you hold less than a year, you should not apply for the position because you are not fully qualified for this position in the minds of the employer.Hii eveyone

There's nothing more miserable contained by life than doing the traditional 'basically cause', rather than following your true ambition. Trust me
