Answers: Ha, ha, ha, ha (this is real funny) I love your sense of humor even though some might be grossed out at what you said. Ha, Ha, Ha okay presently let me compose myself. The boss and your coworker nouns like big Losers. Your co-worker won't exchange and your boss will probably not do anything about it any. Unless it is something that will effect his dollar ($$$$$) signs, I mean customers. Most empire will continue to complain to the boss but guess what this can bite you contained by the ** as well. The powers that be own no problem calling you a chronic complainer, a toxic employee and/or better on the other hand a person who is not a squad player. I have see hardworking, loyal, flexible co-workers get let go where the slackers failure up keeping their jobs. TRUE ADVICE: You know how most relatives let their best attributes shine, produce your co-workers negative attributes shine. Then the subsequent time you speak to your supervisor connect his negative behavior to bleak customer service which eventually links to potential loss of customers/business. Last Note: In the meantime, tell your boss that the customers are complaining that the floors smell approaching urine and someone threatned to call the vigour department. (ha, ha)
you pee in the buckets that are used to mop the floors that YOU work on?? Makes no sense to me...Just share your boss the truth, that you need to make tracks on time, unless he requests to pay you overtime. Once you read aloud that, your boss will be forced to act. He is not gong to want to wage 2-3 hours of OT per week!

Which occupation to choose?

Which one is a better career for someone classified as a ENTP- Restaurant Management at Chili's or Logistics at another company??

Answers: i know that next to first better pay but really long hours in attendance, with second recompense might not be equally competitive but no long hours
Restaurant Management = VERY Long hours...often night and weekends. Not GREAT pay.

Not sure roughly speaking Logistics..
I think you should be in motion with Rest. Mgmt. because ENTPs don't focus on the detail and follow through. Logistics requires greatly of detail and follow through, both which are not strengths of an ENTP.

Rest. Mgmt. could allow an ENTP to draw up the big picture, vision, etc... and afterwards through extroversion, intuition, thinking and perceptive merits..can lead individuals to making things happen.

From a financial point of vision: Logistics is a better way to run but an ENTP has to be aware of their weakness and ensure they don't fall into their ways of usually doing things.
Can't cut corners within Logistics... Can't outsmart a process..sometimes things have a unbelievably specific way of one done and that's that. For an ENTP, I think that's hellish, as they're other trying to figure out how to cadence the system.

I hope I'm making sense.
i have hear that restaurant and hotel management can be slightly tiresome and weary.

Should I distribute my resume from my work email address?

When sending my resume via email to other employers, is it appropriate to dispatch it from my current work e-mail address?

Answers: Perish the thought! That will also give your potential subsequent employer an immediate penetrating insight into what you may do on their computer one day!
No, it's not appropriate.

That email address isn't yours, but the company's. Looking for a strange job beside someone else is not your job so you are violate corporate policy by using the email system.
Just like everyone else stated the answer is "NO".

You should not use your company's computer for any personal use especially looking for employment. Most companies will not concede to it but they monitor more than we think they do. There are software programs that will allow a personage to tap into what ever is on your desktop whenever they want. In extension, all they enjoy to do is speak to your IT Department if they have one to go and get a record of everything you enjoy done at that computer MS Office document, websites etc. Just send your resume from home, or from the library or your local One Stop Career Center (every state have one)
