How soon should i expect a prospective employer to telephone call posterior after interview?
I applied and interviewed at a machine shop to be exact up-and-coming (this is their 7th plant and it's growing rapidly, a short time ago opened 1.5 years ago) and as an experienced machinist next to a college degree within it, applying for a general machinist position when i'm far more qualified than needed (they are hiring ancestors with little to no experience even, they said) I should integer that this is almost a sure thing. The interview go well, and contained by the shop i talked beside the Lead Man, and from our discussion it sounded like i be equal to his level of experience and expertise, but i be just hiring for common machinist, and willing to work and be salaried as such at least within the beginning, so i enjoy alot of upwards potential already, for perhaps person the night shift Lead Man, or somewhere else they could use me. So that being said, i surface confident that i will get a career offer, and since i interviewed at 11am Friday morning, when should i expect the employer to probably be calling me this week?Answers: It is other a good concept to send a thank you communiqu¨¦ immediately after the interview (should hold been mail Friday after the interview or Saturday).
