Why it is tough for a woman to stay at complex position ?
I'm the only girl senior surrounded by my office . My co-workers & boss expect me to be humble & run slow on ego while they themselves involve surrounded by leg pulling & ego game.I utter soft job is for soft general public & i'm not soft.
Can't men stand intellectual women ?
Answers: We have something going for us that they don't. Since women are unanimously better at reading people, we can transfer our approach depending on who we're dealing with. If you're dealing beside a bully that is overbearing and wants to be pushed back on, you can be tough - and since women are more detail orient you can fight final with facts which make their knee tremble comments sound undeveloped. If you're dealing with someone who simply dismisses your talent, sometimes acting like you're too stupid to know what to do next to the info. leads to family telling you more than they should although I would mind your Ps and Qs not to lead relatives to believe you're lacking intelligence if you accord with them over a long extent of time. Anyway, I'm trying to fight put money on by proving I know what I'm talking going on for with facts but it does involve alot more perkiness (and frustration) than if people would a short time ago take my word on things. Good luck. It's an uphill struggle but don't give up on your belief contained by your abilities to gain the job done.
Hello ther's zilch called soft work or hard commission.
There is just a duty in which it requires your concentartion,intrests and dedication. If you can spend piece from your pocket then you can seize the best results and being at highly developed position and haveing this negetive attitude itself is the biggest thing. Dont differenrenciate i am women and he is men. Active performer are always the best perperformes irrespective of their sex.
I appreciate how you feel. I front a team of 9 men & subteam of 35 boys. I have a tough time initially. But now, things are ok. Treat them approaching buddies & boss when required. However some of my collegues do the back biting stuff, remember its adjectives part of the hobby, whether u are a man or a lady. As a woman we enjoy strengths, we need to utilise them contained by the way you operate with your work. It give a new dimension, that men can't offer. Can't men stand Intellectual Women ? - Of course they can. The one's that can't are not even confident about themselves. So, don't dispense a damn.
Exactly. Its a tough game. Iam contained by a similar situation. As you go high, you are all alone. Not much support from any men nor women. Women atleast do not trouble you...just stay aloof...but men can be exceedingly harmful. The minute they quality some lady is within a better position than them...if they cannot outsmart her officially, they create stories roughly speaking her. Don't lose hope.you are not alone...be sincere to your job..and do not trust anybody much. All the best !
Men should stand beside intellectual women as there is no control of excellence in any profession.In present scenario where on earth scope is massive and technology, methods are changing at a hasty pace we enjoy to adapt to that and these issue are not chief issue.
How soon after starting a unusual brief is an appropiate time to ask for time bad?
I am experiencing personal problems that are interferring with my concentration and show at my new duty. I don't want to seem similar to an unreliable employee, and am I am not a typically resembling this. I am still in a probation spell but I do have available time sour. Should I stay and pinch the chore or walk off and travel around the world?
I have be at a company for 5 years. My company has offered me a big trial job - incredibly interesting, exciting, lots of responsibility. However, over Xmas my girlfriend and I decided to travel around the world and after live in San Francisco. Trouble is getting a visa for the U.S sounds moderately tricky so its a risk.Should I stay or should I go? I requirement to tell my boss contained by 2 days!!
Answers: I think that it comes down to what your goal are. There are two directions you can take:
1. If you enjoy set career goal for yourself that you have set as glorious priorities, and if this new position will relief you reach those goal, then I would influence stay where you are at and hopefully your girlfriend will support you.
2. Rather, if your goal are more geared towards enjoying energy right now and strengthening your relationship next to your girlfriend, then it would probably be a better belief to travel and experience new things near her.
One of the worst feelings contained by life is regret, one passageway that I am able to cause difficult decisions similar to that is to envisage myself 5 years down the road in respectively of those situations and try to imagine if you would own regretted making a different decision.
As for what I would do instinctively, I would stay for the job. I am amazingly career orient right now and tons of my relationships are strained because of it and I would definately like to know how to travel more. However, I believe 100% that by me accomplishing my work goals presently, that I will better be able to strengthen my relationships contained by the future. Additionally , it help that my close friends and family are intensely supportive and completely understand how much I want to succeed.
