It's a group of people. A few women and a few men. I give attention to one woman may have possibly started it adjectives. One day they begin to act strange to me and it escalated. Tell them how you perceive and that you find it unacceptable. If nought happens next tell your boss again and mention that if something doesn't crop up then you'll be forced to move about down the legal route.

I am about to hold a small scheduled time with one of my workforce. In the meeting I will be giving him a 'Unsatisfaction notice'.This is to be treated as a written advisory. Having never done this before, is the hand entitled to bring a respresentative with him or can it be done near just myself and the hand.
There is only a final written reproving left until that time dismissal.
Any advise would be appreciated.
