Serious Advice Needed?

I know its long but please read it and try to help me...

I enjoy a job to be precise fun most of the time, however I have a boss to be precise completely unreasonable and unfair. it is a retail undertaking and i am 17.

i am a good worker who have never called within sick and has simply been behind once in 9 months. i enjoy a lot of pride contained by my job and i represent the company capably, work hard and set a polite example

but my boss talks roughly promoting people that enjoy been here for 3 and 5 months. one of them comes to work high several times a week and have come to work hours late

the other have missed probably 10-15 shifts in a short time ago 5 months.

the problem is my boss treats the people that are "cool" better than the empire that work hard.

my boss is also vastly unappreciative and accuse me of stuff i didn't do.

the job is still fun and i close to a lot of the race i work with but it is complicated to be treated like a piece of crap and be afraid of your boss

what should i do within this situation?
should i get a fresh job?

Answers: trust me when i vote, i know exactly how you feel. i have just graduate high academy and i started looking for a full-time retail job. i found a profession who was inclined to give me as close to 40 hours as possible, but they would single give me a leisure position. that should have tipped me stale. i liked my livelihood enough and have started to get close beside a lot of my co-workers and in the future we started discussing pay, even though you're not supposed to. this company that i have worked my butt off for and have sacrificed have a full-time job, beside full-time benefits had hired surrounded by these high arts school kids at 25 cents more an hour than they did me! what the hell? when i tried speaking with the officer about it, he be more concerned with who have talked in the order of their pay than me anyone treated unfairly. my proposal to you is this... if you're planning to go to college, you'll have need of a decent errand, who'll be flexible with your diary, pay ably and not add to the stress of self a college student. if i were you, i would start applying to other job, and once you feel close to you might have found a better one... move about up to your current boss and tell him that you've be putting out feelers for better positions, near the oppurtunity to advance. and freshly to let you know... when individuals are in the process of hiring you, if they even do check your reference or prior work history, which they ususally don't, your previous bosses are legally don't allowed to speak much more than that you did in certainty work there and verify the date that you worked there. they shouldn't answer question that ask about your work reading or even your attendance. so, if you feel close to you've been treated wrong and own found a better job, agree to your current boss what you think of his unprofessionalism. i'll also influence this... a lot of nation, in admin or otherwise don't give teenagers the benefit of the doubt. i've be 18 and 19, up for lower management positions, better qualified than any other canidates and not given the charge because of my age. it sucks, but sometimes you have to work 10 times harder to show that you're become fully grown enough for more responsibility. hope this help.
I work in retail too, and I don't see your situation getting any better. In our system, our human resources have points. They attain them each time they are deferred or have no shows. If your store is indistinguishable, than you will see that these other employees will come surrounded by cycles. Does your store have any sort of anonymous queue that you can call when you're have problems? I think that would serve. Maybe talking to another boss, any the same horizontal or higher than your current one. (Maybe other force that are good, but not "favored." I'm sure that'll be paid it more bearable.) Also, if things are bearable and you stick with your current awesome work model, there is no path for them to have a intention to get rid of you and in that is no way for you to turn than up.

If you stay, make sure you wont a moment ago be burning yourself out for a lost cause.
I work as a baker...do an apprentaship and within 4 years time you will be qualified...Bakery work is good.

And you can get into pastry work, and run travveling the world doing work on the island resorts..I did not go adjectives over the world, but I did do the island resorts in the great wall reef area of australia...fun fun.
if you're going to switch job, you don't want to upset him because you may want a recommendation.
as far as your boss, some culture are just unprofessional and sets a horrible example. Its a shame.
Try chitchat to other co-workers, see if anyone else feels like peas in a pod, and if so, try talking to your boss together (if your boss is really that unpromising there will doubtlessly be other population who feel the same). Your boss won't be so intimidating if within are more people within. If that doesn't work I'd say it's time to switch job. Your only 17, and at hand are many job available to you that will be fun. There are many of businesses that want to hire accurate hardworking employees.
Retailing profession is interesting.. do some soft ware course and go and get in to the open market as a software professional with nouns domain knowledge contained by retailing..
The Law of Averages is the answer to your problem.

Understand the Values your company proclaims, list them down and ask two question on each
1) Do I assemble these values
2) Is there more I could do to uphold these values.

There is a difference between a opening and a career; the situation is here and now; never do anything on the Job that will jeopardise your work. Every little 'value add'- that you get something done will go a long process in your trade ; even if it is not immediatey recognised.

The answer lies in yourself- not your boss.dont try to exchange your boss! Dont try to change your Job.Endure ! and ... Just hold on to developing yourself, the environment is dynamic and change will reign.

Then soon you will find that you are in a comfartable situation, because your charachtar is base on endurance.
Yes gain a new work. It's just a charge.not a career...you hold your whole go ahead of you and you can surround yourself with much better examples of polite managerial styles than the poor one your permanent now.verbs.you'll be happier

Law amount.?

I am a native Spanish speaker and I would love to become an attorney (criminal) but I am uneasy because of the english lexis. I do so love that career, its so exciting. I own heard that LSAT (Law School Admission Test) is bias towards english speakers as capably.
What would you do if you were within Spain and your spanish is your second language and want a pursue a statute career??

Why at hand aren't speakers of other languages contained by law school? they are all local english speakers,,,maybe is because they guess they shouldn't cause alike reasons I hold?

On the other side, I was thinking on a masters within computer science but with adjectives the outsourcing going on...I don't know anymore.

What would you do? I even located the law university in Puerto Rico to see if I could run there but the arts school sucks there, its close to tier 3, not that good...

should I only just spend $100,000 on a law scope, be in debt up to my eye ball and see how I do ? what about if I founder for the language?

Answers: I can't speak for Spanish ruling schools but I will update you that the job flea market in the US is awful. If you're investing that much money and that much time, you're better sour buying real estate than going to decree school.
If you speak resembling you write you wont have ANY problem endorsement the test. Your english is great and one could unambiguously argue that it is better than quite a few posters who speak it as a first lexis.
Go to a book store and start preparing for the LSAT. I am sure that you will do just fine. If not, try it again.
If this is a lifelong dream of yours, dont bequeath up on it so easily.
As for the debt, I am sure you are savy plenty to seek out other sources of assistance .
I read aloud go for it... you dont want to look final on your life 20 years from in a minute wondering 'what if'
There are definitely speakers of other language in decree school. I have classmates whose first language distinctly was not English,so I don't know why you'd hold a problem. If you can understand English, which you seem to be to be able to do, I don't conjecture you have much to verbs about. Maybe try reading more books surrounded by English or something to get used to it.

Being fluent surrounded by a non english language Especially spanish is a plus, even for lawyer, but you need to really want to practice canon.
You will get murdered surrounded by law university for not having idyllic English, especially writing. The other posters are clueless. You need to be impressively proficient in English. On the other foot, if you go to a low conservatory and do not intend on practicing corporate law it will be a plus you know Spanish, especially if you do broad law resembling personal injury, real estate, criminal, and unsurprisingly immigration.
By the way the actual practice of canon is not exciting, TV law is exciting, but not the TRUE thing. Oh, and near are too many lawyer in the US, so you may not acquire a job.
That is not true almost the LSAT.

If you can read English as well as you can write here, afterwards you should have no problem.

You will find a living easily working for a lawfirm one bilingual.

So early November 2007 my girlfriend ordered a magazine for me through a door-to-door sale girl posing as a student working her way through college to assist pay for an overseas trip. Answers: Yes and I've see them and others selling candy as young as 10 years out-of-date. They travel all over the country and I don't know how they carry away with have children that young working for them going door to door, alone at dark. That alone seems approaching a crime.

If you have not reported them here is the contact below. If you have great. More associates need to bestow a paper trail to bring back these crooks in the criminal system.
