Job Seekers Allowance?

Im currently claiming JSA, but I suffer from eczema which is bad most of the time. It get worse any time I'm under stressful situations. Also I dont hold much confidence as well when I attend interviews. Would I competent to go on income support due to my eczema getting worse underneath any stressful situations, especially when I go and sign on?

Answers: Well start by seeing your doctor and getting a proper diagnosis and they will be better suited to describing you whether you are fit for work or not.

However I seriously doubt that this would be counted as a disabling illness! On JSA you're already entitled to free prescriptions, dental keeping and so on.
I have eczema, and I work within the Jobcentre. So the short answer to your question is, no, you can't claim Income Support because your eczema flares up within any stressful situations.
You need to see your doctor, and grasp some proper treatment. Remember that it is not just the eczema that desires to be treated: if it is really bad, consequently there will be side affects for the rest of your vigour as well. You will be self conscious of it, which will spawn you stressed, people will not work out what it is, and think you enjoy a contagious disease, or that you are dirty(been accused of both when I be a child, and it's not nice, and not true). You also need to find out what is cause the eczema. It could be your diet, it could be your clothing that you are allergic to (avoid man made materials), you could be allergic to dust or pollen. If normal year to day stress is making your eczema worse, later look at ways of dealing with the stress.
Now, you could claim Income Support for a minute if your eczema was extremely bleak, and prevented you from working. Usually this is if it gets infected. No doctor is potential to sign you sick for long though.
Sadly, it is something you are going to have to "tough out". Think of it as qualities building. Don't let anyone put you down, and remember that everyone is your equal. We are adjectives the same: human.
Don't dream up so...

I get a blister on my vanished foot every time I'm going to sign on, but that's just an inconvenience...

Anybody else own a supermarket livelihood and have a feeling stupid...?

having to greet customers near "how are you today"? It's so stupid they never answer.

Answers: I used to think it be stupid until I got use to it. Besides the manager would get really pissed if you didn't voice it. Anywhoozer, thank god I no longer have that crappy opportunity.
Just say "Hello" when they wander up. Please say something, it's so rude for the teller to not say a word.
