I have my own compnay which I started a few months ago, and immediately that it is getting bigger, i am ready to go my product in stores.

I requirement some good proposal on being my own sale rep! thanks

Answers: The most critical traits are to make sure you're making your call, know what your offering and follow through.

Good resources: 25 Habits of Successful Sales People will give you the ground rules of sales, SPIN Selling will offer you some insight into how to run your meetings, Salesguy.org give good research and summarizes other sale resources and Miller Heiman gives regular accurate sales tips.
Well if your going to put on the market to stores my best advise is to never flog on consignment. Your products will magically disapear and you'll be left beside the loss.

Is national minimum wage going to go up soon and to how much?

Answers: It usually goes up in October.
It usually goes up every October in the United Kingdom,
But personally it's not that great and I feel it should be more.

Thank you :)
The rates from 1 October 2007 are as follows:
adults (which means people aged 22 and over) receive the full rate of £5.52 an hour

a 'development rate' of £4.60 an hour is paid to workers aged 18 to 21 inclusive

young people (those older than school leaving age and younger than 18, you're under school leaving age until the end of summer term of the school year in which you turn 16) receive £3.40 an hour

Apprentices under the age of 19 are not entitled to the National Minimum Wage. Apprentices who are 19 or over and in the first 12 months of their apprenticeship are not entitled to the National Minimum Wage.
It would probably help if you'd say what country you are in.

How to make a Retail Sales Action Plan?

Answers: Retail Sales mainly selling at a stall or shop, action means something you part into physical work rather than thinking about it. So, you need to brain storm about idea how to sell your product and services well at the retail area, example smiling, greeting customer, presentation etc. After that, reward system must be introduce, for example the "Most polite employee of the month" award, penalty for any customer complaint etc. Resulting a direct impact on the sales performance and customer satisfaction.
What I do is make what is called a 30-60-90. Its very simple but it helps alot. What it is are goals for yourself... what you want to accomplish after 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. Then do it again after that.. Set expectations and goals for yourself and others in this outline. And at the end of each of the sections sit down and figure out what you did well and what you didnt do.. and then see how you can improve in each area that you failed in and also what you did well in (No matter how good you are.. you can always be better!!)

Give this a shot.. its what works best for me
