she threatened to slap my workmate as well once but i dont believe she meant it. She beliitles me infront of customers and its really patronising when she call me stupied and im starting to hate going to work
I mite be human being too sensitive... what you think?
appreciation!

Answers: Wow, sorry that is occurring to you! I would take it up beside HR and begin to document these things she say to you. I had a similar problem at my old-fashioned job. If you aren't contained by fear of losing your assignment, perhaps write her a formal dispatch, or ask her in private, but be respectful. Maybe something resembling, "Have I done something to offend you? You speak to me within a very throaty manner within front of customers and I feel ashamed when you do this." and so on. Good luck!
Your supervisor has NO right to insult or to belittle you ... no business how stressed they may be, or what their personal thoughts of you are.

If I were you, I would keep hold of a log concerning what is being said, who it is human being said in front of, etc. After doing this, speak next to your supervisor, and allow them the opportunity to remedy the situation. Tell them that you feel discomfited with how they are relating to you, one-sidedly. If you have already done this, or quality that the situation is beyond any reasonable resolve, later I recommend that you contact your supervisor's supervisor, or the head of Human Resources, and explain to them what have been occurring, what steps you own taken to resolve the situation prior to coming to them, etc. They have an necessity to do an investigation and to make not bad changes.

In calculation, it may be in your favor to speak next to fellow co-workers, in writ to gain their insight in solving this situation. Your co-workers may be of a mind to speak to the upper supervisor and/or to Human Resources along side you. Sometimes, it is better to have the proof of more than one personage when attempting to cope with an issue such as this.

Anyone who have work at dunkin dounts or have somtmthing come about to close to this up to that time?

about 2 weeks ago i go for a job interview and i get the job and dunkin dounuts but in a minute the manger is waitin for some kind of e-mail wager on i think a fund reound check or somthin but i dont kno what he is doijng what do u think

Answers: It isn't unusual for a circumstance check to take a hours of daylight or two to come back..but two weeks? not means of access that's reasonable. Personally, i reckon you're being jerk around, or the manager is remarkably inefficient. If they are telling you that the position isn't unfurl yet, that's one piece..but if they're telling you they're 'waiting for an email', probability are you should look elsewhere. would you really want to work for someone that takes 2 weeks to establish to hire for a job that pays 8 bucks an hour or so? I'd offer it another shot, and ask if maybe within might be something they saw or heard that they didn't close to, and move on from within. dont get discouraged...you're not going to be seeking work 5 years from now. hang down in near.
I'm thinking you're being blown past its sell-by date. A background check shouldn't steal this long, and he can't "give" you the job and consequently tell you to "loaf." He may have designed that if you passed the background check (not mortal caught stealing from a previous job, not individual accused of disorderly conduct, etc), that you'd find the job.
I'd jump there tomorrow morning and ask what the situation is. When will you be starting? Cut him a break and read out something like, "Maybe you misplaced my phone number or copied it wrong?" If he's still giving you the run around, next go look somewhere else. He's not the class of boss you'd want! Good luck!
My mom's friend works there but she's dubious like my mom. I've be there and I haven't ever see a American working at dunkin dounts. But I also live in a almost 100% Latino neigborhood. But after again it's not far from to many black or white neighborhoods...I don't know...phone him.

I'm a US citizen. We already enjoy 10 million or more immigrants here looking for work, or doing job without court permission.

if you're going to come here for work and do it reasonably, you need to own some nearly unique qualification that a US employer desires but almost can not find in the domestic labor marketplace.

when you figure out what i.e., please ask again.
