Employer say i owe them £31 contained by overpayment & enjoy given them a cheaque but realised i didnt go and get overpayed?
So can they give the cheque wager on or how can they rectify the situation? thanks.Answers: You can stop the cheque if you go into sandbank (and tell your employer)
If it have already gone through then speak to your employer and show them settle up slip or whatever
annul the cheque with the wall.
or
take your rate slips to your boss and get them to re-issue pay-out
If your employer still has your check and returns it to you, that will be OK. Otherwise they could confer
you their own check.
My first suggestion is to call Human Resouces Department and explain the situation to them. They should reimburse you on your subsequent paycheck or cut you a separate check. If you definitely know that they didn't overpay you and you own trouble getting the money back, you can appointment the Department of Labor for help contained by resolving the issue. The toll free phone number is listed on the website below. Good luck and God bless

I am a third year Nursing student and want to be a surgical tech how do i do it?
Just want to know how much experience i need and if I can chose my post grad placement within a surgical ward or do i have to do a rotation. I want to specialise as a surgical tech afterwards when i am older work near children.Answers: Are you sure you are a 3rd year nursing student? Surgical tech is a completely different program, lasting smaller number than one year on average, and you would get payed significantly smaller quantity. If you mean a med-surg nurse, you can without doubt work in a surgical ward. Most nurses do start out contained by med-surg, so I don't see a problem with that. If you want to in reality be in the OR, you might be capable of do that after a few years.
I just wrote an article more or less surgery technicians that may help you. See the source below. My information is that you call for specific certifications in most hospitals even though you will own your nursing degree. The articles shows the requirements that some hospitals posted for hiring associates.
good luck!
The first answer is correct. Why would you want to fine-tuning majors and take smaller number money as a surg tech? Stick it out and become a surgical nurse. Some new grads are competent to start off straight into the OR, but you'd be better past its sell-by date working in a medical / surgical section (post op) first to hone your skills before moving bad into a specialty like surgical nursing.
Employers: Questions around hiring up to date personnel?
It seems I can not win a job. I even go to apply at a local Shopko and was told I be, "not what theywere looking for." I dressedvery professionally, I was surrounded by a suit jacket and black pants, and give (well in my evaluation anyway)very professional answers to the questions. I be very bubbly and nice to the interviewer.I am just about 4 months away from graduating college, and am startled about not person able to get hold of a job. Any tips on how to supply a out of this world interview? And how about tips on making a resume? What do you look for contained by a potential hire? Do you ever NOT hire someone just because they seem to be overqualified?
Thanks!
Answers: Have you tried your college's career services department? They be very advantageous for me. If they're worth their salt, they should give recume, cover letter, and interview warning and coaching.
From this time of year onward frequent colleges have craft fairs. If you hold other colleges in close proximity bid them and ask if they are having any.
Most individuals get their first mission through a contact (faily, friend, neighbour, ... ) Start networking and you should know how to land some interviews or even a position! No guarantees it's exactly what you want but it's a start. Also, in recent times because you didn't get the work in an interview doesn't denote you're unemployable. It could just be another claimant what just that little bit better than you. Often, manager have a frozen time deciding which contestant to hire because they all be good. If you're not sure, stir over your interview skills with some those you know who are hiring managers.
