thank you so much for your relieve!

Answers: Just go to your local Walgreens.

Of adjectives the health professional, a pharmacist is probably the easiest to seize hold of face to facade and get an interview lacking making an appointment.

What is a polite way to tell your boss that you feel that the company treats you like sh!t?

Answers: As a salaried member of a retail Mgmt team for 3 years, I can tell you that your first answer from Patrick is correct. My suggestion is to ask your boss what are the precedures for putting in your two week notice? This will start the conversation. If your boss dosn't ask what he/she can do to make things better you probably want to look somewhwere else. Also, if this about not feeling unappreciated for the work you do be sure to evaluate yourself objectively. It is amazing to me how almost everyone that I have ever given an evaluation to seems to think that they are the best and hardest worker.
Mel,

One thing I have learned in my career is that you are as good as your last day worked. Years of service means little to nothing.

In fact employers start to feel in some cases that your older employees eventually become "dead wood".
So the best advise I could give to you is to get out or take a vaction away from work and hope when you come back things are a little less stressing.
The way the company treats you is a good indication of how valued you are as an employee. Apparently, your supervisor is a part of it and pointing it out will not be an epiphany for him.

Politeness is a social grace and is not a part of professional negotiations. You can either suffer in silence or repay his consideration with your resignation. Good Luck.

If the recruiters be pleased near the candidate's interview, how soon will they inform?

typically how long after an interview will the interviewers/recruiters inform the candidate that he is special (provided they liked his reading? One of my friends told me they inform typically the next year itself - is that true, or does it take longer typically?

Answers: From my experience, once the interview is over, I other ask the interviewer when will I expect to be contacted on his/her decision. Sometimes it can be duplicate day you interview or it can be weeks latter.

It usually depends on how quickly they have need of to fill the position and how oodles candidates they enjoy for it.

Hope this helps!
I hold typically gotten responses within a week-over a month. I go through recruiting near consulting firms and investment banks, so they repeatedly tell you when the subsequent round of interviews are, or the date they will let you know.
