Real estate quetion...?
I want to take the Real Estate course for the state of NJ and find my license, if i move to a different state would i have to whip the course over? I'm a military wife and will be moving a lot, and I don't want to spend money on the course if i enjoy to pay every time i move.Please don't confer any responses if you are not familiar next to Real estate, thanks
Answers: Real estate license exams typically own 2 parts; a national part and a smaller state member. If you pass this exam surrounded by your current state and get your license, you will know how to simply take the "state" portion of the license exam for the alien state.
You will not have to rob the course over, but you will have to study for the foreign state's license laws and afterwards pass that exam.

EMT vs. Nursing?
I am a junior is high institution right now and trying to grasp things in establish job and institution wise. I get into a cadet firefighter/EMT course to experience emergency medicine and I really savour it . I have other wanted to be contained by the medical field and soak up everything I do. I guess what I am saying is I enjoy experienced Emergency medicine and adjectives that stuff and being a nurse as all right (I am in a program at conservatory that let's me work in a hospital for 3 hours out of my conservatory day) and I enjoy both so much. Which one is better to shift in for the long run? Which have more opportunities? What are the hours similar to? Pay? Pros and Cons? Anything would help. Like I said I love them both so that isn't the issue it is only which one owuld be better for me.P.S.- in the Cadet program I will be certified within EMT-Basic by the end of summer if that places any influence on your answer. Dunno if it will though.

Answers: You can work as an EMT while you progress to nursing school.
Nursing have better pay (new grads start at 20usd/hr), better benefits, and infintely more opportunity. You need to procure your nursing degree and spend at lowest possible 3 years working on a general med/surg floor. After that, you can choose your specialty. You might close to the emergency room so you can relate to the emt's who are bringing in the patients. Nursing is firm work, and often the hours are lousy. Pay your dues, and you will bring the experience needed to do whatever you want to do. Good Luck Kimba

You won't formulate anything as an EMT and you are a peon, at least verbs on and go to Paramedic college so you have some instruction that can be taken seriously rather than a 1 semester class. If you don't know the diifference, you are already at a disadvantage.
Nursing will payment more than either of those but will run you longer. do yourself a favor and go to nursing conservatory.
Nursing is more flexible and pays far more. To get any money as an EMT you'll enjoy to get on beside a city/county Fire Department and those jobs are EXTREMELY competitive.

Employment contract request for information?
I found a new duty with the blessing of my boss. I go to her and resigned, even typing up a resignation letter and picking out my finishing day near her. Now I'm getting the "we're having trouble next to letting you out of your contract." Just wondering if I have a decriminalized leg to stand on since I was given the choral okay to leave and she standard my resignation?Answers: all contracts are made to be broken. they are bluffing they still call for your help narrate them to go skip off a roof

Depends what the agreement was when you be employed! But if she took your agreement and stuff and was nice plenty about it...bit strange disputing with ya!!

Employment contracts have to be honored, but adjectives of them also have an escape clause or a cost clause in defence if you break the contract. Read the fine print carefully and if you can live next to the consequences, go ahead and break it. Also, if you have a witness when your boss gave you her blessing for a unsullied job, you own two legs to stand on, meaning a exceedingly firm foundation.
