Why are so lots 14 year olds asking for job?
Its kind of discouraged when they get elder they arent going to really want to work and it is getting kind of annoying.If you are 14 in recent times do your chores no one is going to bestow you guys a real work. Its getting annoying.
I know im on a rant but I see 14 year olds ask about job like 200 times a sunshine on here and it is getting annoying.

How do you guys (other than you younglings) touch about adjectives these 14 year olds asking for jobs and what nature of advice would you grant them?
All I have to utter is just work on arts school thats all the work you guys necessitate to do anyways.

I'm 15 + i've get enough stress next to exams etc so a job seem like the end thing i involve. But I still really want a job. Why? Cause i want money. I'm not greedy or anything but my big brother have a part time opportunity and he's still at school and he's other buying new clothes etc. I do lots around the house which my mum and dad grant me pocket money for but its really not the same.
I procure where you're coming from but it's not work we want but money.
They used to mow lawns and valet cars. I wonder who has those job now?

About Temp Jobs?
So, for the first time in my go I've gotten a job through a temp agency. It be for data-entry, which mind you, I was not thrilled around, but willing to attain the experience. The first two days I did fine. The next three days weren't horrible, but it took me a long time to type and some of the work I didn't infer at all. What's strange about this is that I'm not a dumb personage; I was other told that data-entry was mind-numbingly confident. I did difficult work in college, so why would I struggle typing surrounded by numbers all time in Microsoft Excel? And I have an idea that the contract was supposed to be just about three weeks, but today he claimed that there wasn't anymore work for me to do and that my HR would contact me this evening. I give somebody a lift that as a dismissal from the job. Is this charitable of thing run of the mill with temp job? Have any of you had this experience?Should I be worried that my temp agent won't provide me more jobs?Answers: I've gone through that. In Washington State, I get a job through a temp, be working on-call for a month, then i be laid-off due to lack of work and hours. It's crazy. When I tried to receive my old assignment back, I be told that the company that hired me on couldn't hire me for one year all because of a contract that I signed that tied me up! You should be worried because when I tried to find work after getting out of work from my last one, i be told that there be no interest for the type of work I was looking for and it's because of the shape of the cutback. Those are things I refused to buy into! To breed a long story short, I stopped doing business with them! The employment of a temp agency is to help you find a commission when you have trouble finding one on your own! It make no sense for two parties have trouble finding YOU work!
It is a normal article if you are sent to the company and the company doesn't like your work because you type too slow. That is how it be a struggle for you. They can call the temp agency to dispatch you back and not finish the assignment. I wouldn't verbs about not have anymore work from the agency because sometimes they did not find the right "fit" for the company.If you was the ideal person for this temp assignment, you will typed superfast. So, lurk and see or try other temp agencies to find work to keep you busy.
Is it illegal for my employer to announce at a work place meeting that I have been laid off?

No it's not.
Many places do that for security reasons so other employees know if you show back up, you are not supposed to be there.
