I left a company due to Harrassment from an member of staff and his Buddy manager get very one sided and political..I own an interview setup with another company and after just found out it is contained by the same building on a different floor. I am afraid my profession would get sabotaged possibly..should i verbs to pursue it or play it safe.. aid please
Answers: Personally, I would stay away since I avoid confrontations at all costs (but that's freshly me). I would say that you should still progress for the interview and get a grain for the people you would in reality be working with. You can possibly find out of they enjoy any contact with your ancient company (other than the address). If not, you are pretty sure that you will only occassionally see the "bullies" and as long as they enjoy no influence in the contemporary company it shouldn't affect you. If you do get any "interference" consequently I would suggest getting a lawyer to dispatch your old company a communication stating the harrassment claims and that you are persuing the possibility of compensation. The owners of the old company will DEFINITELY trade name sure they leave you alone next if only to ensure they don't donate you ammo for your case (which you never hold to persue if they leave you alone anyway so it's a win, win). Sounds complicated but the bottom stripe is take it one step at a time and travel for the interview to start with.worse grip scenario at least you will seize some interview practice! :)
Go after the new employment. If you run across anyone from the old duty, just slight them. Say " hello"if they do, but no more.
If I want to become a pastry chef would it be better if I got a Associates Degree or Baking Certificate?
Answers: what on earth would an associates degree do? really? it doesn't even come from a real college. is that one of those mail order things? from university of doesn't exist?
my vote is the baking certificate. or go to culinary school. or how about just go to real school.
