Answers: Money is not everything. If you detestation what you do, where you work, and who you work beside then it is going to well up into every part of your life span. You're going to hate getting up within the morning, have a poor attitude at work and later maybe even bring it home beside you and take it out on your spouse or kids. Money will trade name you feel right for a few days or a few weeks, but the reasons why you are wretched have not changed.
Now if net alone was the with the sole purpose reason you be unhappy later yes, I'd ask for a raise. But if nearby are other things going on in your workplace afterwards the best solution might be to leave and find another mission.
What can make my natural life better at work? Flexible hours, the ability to work from home within bad weather, or if I be in the situation you mentioned above a move to a different department.
If I know I was making impossible to tell apart per-hour as the only masculine employee, I have a feeling more confident in my ability and worth to the company. I work in a outstandingly small company, and there are with the sole purpose three people (me included) who own to punch a time clock. The other two are the owners/bosses (husband and wife), and while I genuinely love my situation, I'm fairly unmistaken the guy gets more per hour than any me or my other co-worker (also female), and we all do pretty much alike jobs. ALL of us enjoy been here OVER 15 years -- I'm the 'low person on the totem pole', even though I've be there since 1993.
P.S. The guy is single, have never been married, and have no dependents.
If I was given the respect and pay cheque as the average male. If I be promoted for my unusually hard work. If I didn't enjoy to close two, sometimes three depts at once. I'd have to procure paid at smallest 10-12 bucks an hour w/ overtime.

I quit my job a year and some strange months ago. I'm a stay at home mom now. But I be only getting salaried $7.10 an hour and I was not getting salaried for my overtime. I worked in simply all depts and have no training. I was patently extremely talented and extremely easier said than done working. I was worth 12+ bucks an hour. Working 12 hours a year sometimes and lifting heavy objects, building benches, etc. I have so much on my plate that I skipped lunch and was such a nice human being I guess they just took authority of me. They knew I be so awesome that they begged me to work contained by the understaffed Bakery dept frequently and I didn't even have a food handler's card. I'm a verbs person, but that isn't right nonetheless.
Can I collect laying-off if...?
I was a full-time college student working 40 hours for 6 months as a student intern at a significant corportation. I knew that I be only going to be employed for 6 months. Now that I am out of work and out of college, can I collect unemployment??Answers: I would guess no, but check near your local unemloyment office.
If you terminated voluntarily (or be terminated for just cause)you cannot collect laying-off.
You can still try, maybe it'll slip through the cracks.
