Answers: What an awful question! No thing how you answer this it won't be good. It seem like the answer would depend on the employer (law firm or company) and where on earth the interviewee was at contained by his/her law craft.

For me, I would begin by discussion about protecting my regulation license by following the the rules and not putting my license in peril by committing malpractice. Second I would talk around keeping up with my profession, doing the CLE courses, and I don`t know go on for an LLM. If the employer be a company, I would talk in the region of classes that were specific to that industry. Third I might want to agree about things I want to do near the degree, close to being an Administrative Law Judge, an elected Judge, or an arbitrator.

How much should I expect to bring in as a pharmacy technician within San Jose, CA near 8 years inpatient experience?

I'm moving to San Jose this summer. By the time I move, I will have 8 years experience contained by hospital inpatient pharmacy. I am also nationally certified immediately. What is a reasonable amount to ask for when wadding out applications? Right now I live surrounded by Mississippi and am only making just about $12.50 an hour after adding my shift differential. Everywhere I enjoy looked online has given me a different amount range from $8 an hour to $72,000 a year. I assume neither is correct. If anyone has any suggestions on what is a reasonable amount to ask, I would be very grateful.

try going to salary.com and seeing what the baseline income for tech's are in san jose. It also make a difference if you are going to be doing hospital or retail. I am in retail, my concluding employer paid me 12.50 per hour and prior to that I made 15 an hour. I am immediately making 11 an hour. Try calling a few pharmacies and see what the going tech rate is. You will usually make for a while more having be a tech already and being certified.

How should I be in motion in the order of making change to the companies communication process?

I just started working at this company around 3 weeks ago but I had worked here before for 2 years.
The project manager (I'm the assistant to them) are normally out doing a tour. I stay in the department and work with the other departments to produce sure they have the information they have need of about respectively job to properly do their job. (Payroll, Accounts Payable, etc.)

The other people within the office (payroll and accounts payable) own requested that I help increase the communications between all departments. This is something that requirements to be done and I'm willing to do it but don't want to step on the manager toes. I feel approaching I should sit down with my boss and permit him know of the issues that have be brought to my attention and inform him of my interest to improve this. I'm used to handling job like this on my own at this company, but uncommon to initiating them.

Any advice on how to confront my boss near this information and ask for his support in doing this?
