Im turning 15 soon.I'm planning pn getting a job...But dont no where to start..?
Answers: I got my first job (a) 15- burger king. about the only places you'll be able to get a job are fast-food joints. burger king is a good one to start out at because the people skills you learn ( dealing with difficult people, how to talk to people, how to read people) will help you out in every other job you have the rest of your life. now, i didn't love burger king, but the free food ( yes, i promise you will definitely get free food regardless of what they tell you at first) and the people you will meet will definitely be worth it. hell, i met my husband, of almost eight years, working drive-thru at burger king at 15. yeah, it can be degrading, but its definitely worth it. and when employers see that you've been able to put up with a fast food job, it looks really good on you. good luck, we all have to start somewhere!
What i would do is first go for something close by.
Secondly i wouldn't even get a job. Unless money is an issue and its necessary, wait. Its not all its cracked up to be. Fast food SUCKS big time and you'll never be ever to get the grease smell away. Albertsons and giant corporations like that (Wal-mart, Target etc...) suck big time cause they don't a you know what about you.
I would go to like Best Buy (great employer but i think you have to be older)
Or a local place. Local is always better!

First off, ignore that first comment. Scam. Right off the bat.
Second, let me tell you what would be good: movie theaters. The pay will suck, but honestly, there's few places cooler than a movie theater to work at when you're in high school. And if your benefits include free or even discounted movie tickets, you'll be a hot property on the popularity market.
Of course, the people who like you for your movie tickets will probably be jerks that you don't want to hang out with anyway. Feel free to spit in their popcorn. :-)
I'd get anything but fast food, the job is kind of degrading.
Interview Process?
So my coworkers and I went to get hold of a bite at KFC this afternoon. While we were near a young woman was have an interview of which we were eavesdrop.Since when did KFC start voice recording the interview? Is this adjectives today to have the interview voice record?
Why can't the interviewer think of more insightful question? She was asking purely assinine questions of the girl; which be so loaded that the interviewee wouldn't have any model how to answer.
The questions be regarding what she thought of authority.
What she as an hand do if a coworker were giving away free sodas.
These are basically two examples of the questions asked. Sure am glad not to be the receiver of such dumbing down.
Please advise and why aren't the general public giving the interview given training on how to properly perform an interview. This individual sure did need it!
Answers: She be probably given the Perceiver. It is asks questions that give the impression of being irrelevant. I have other had it record. The same questions are asked within a variety of ways and they look for consistency.
