i joined the company on small take-home pay but in 8 months they assigned me 100 of responsibility, my senior is doing nil now adjectives his work is done by me, now how to ask by regulation to give me tilt in gross as my current salary and work doesnt game and its not fair next to me.i wanna ask them in a greatly professional way to dispense me raise as i deserve it.

Answers: Well, I conjecture you should just sit down next to management or your boss and explain to them why you deserve a put on a pedestal. Give examples of all the work you do and explain to them that you touch you deserve a raise for adjectives of your added responsibility and hard work. DON'T SEND AN EMAIL!!
In any negotiation you hold to have an exit plan. You own to be willing to utter no if the deal is not conventional. I would see what's out there within the way of alternative job with other companies if that's possible. You can try the e-mail route, but I would bet money that you will not be taken seriously.
First of adjectives, you may be doing the work they intended for you to do all along, it lately took eight months to train you to do it all. Never compare your work to that of your senior, or examiner. They get rewarded to manage the staff, and fashion sure the work is getting done by the staff.
It's too soon for you to be asking for a raise, unless it be an agreement when you took the job; that you'd be raise after you were trained.
My direction to you is, do the best job that you possibly can, and hold on to a smile on your face...prove to them that you are a expensive employee. It costs them time and money to train you, and they don't want to lose virtuous employees and own to start all over again.
Give them at least possible 12 months, and if nothing is said or done, after it's time for you to go to them (in person) and ask them what their policy is for hand evaluations, and pay raise.

Think of all the responsibilities and extra job duties you are doing a means of access of gaining experience for when you apply for your subsequent job.
