How to get hold of a post next to no experience?
I went to see if companies be appyling and it seems approaching everytime i ask there's only girls around so i ask and they adjectives look at me say no and turn aroundeven when i do swarm out an application they never call or atleast speak sorry but no experience you know anything atleast.
everytime i ask they say 'are you still surrounded by highschool' or like 'are you rightfully age to get a job' or something smart
arent they unacceptable to discrimate?
im not gonna lie yes i look young-looking like 16 or 17
but im 21 not a soul will give me a destiny
i have no work experience im trying to get hold of a job to settle up my son's tuition its 400 a month
how do i get hired next to no expereince?
i aint looking for a lifetime job
something for 4 or 5 months.
i took a semester bad from college
just so i can serve my fiancee pay some bills

Answers: A temporary employment agency is a legal business. They place people at work sites where on earth the employer needs some extra facilitate but doesn't need to hire someone on a long-term basis. It is a great road to get some experience.
Think more or less making a resume. Replace the work history with a skills partition. List customer service and describe your people skills, document electronics and list the software programs you can use (word, excel, PowerPoint etc...)List math skills and how you can match a check book, prepare your own taxes and things like that.
first sour.. when you fill out an application, bring near you a mini dictionary.. your spelling is horrible and employers see that. Grammar is not the best any.
Work on those two things and just hold on to trying.
Remember, for starting out with no experience, you necessitate to start at the bottom and work your way up. You may basically be asking for too much money, or you arent looking for a job within the right places.
if you good next to math and good beside computer, there shouldn't be any trouble getting something near an agency. if you do well near, sometimes the client companies hire people for full time. at a minimum, it will grant you some experience in the workplace. try to travel thru one of the larger national agencies, less opening of being taken lead of, but remembert that the agency is in business to label moneuy, not to be your fairy godmother.
