I can see if you were making lots and lots of money, but what you are earining right in a minute is not worth it, you can find another job that would start you past its sell-by date at a good rate, depending on your qualificationsl. If you live next to your parents I would go from mission to job until I am delighted, That way you would not own to worry just about bills and rent of course furnish some to your parents if it not for them you would be left out surrounded by the cold.
So kind of practice next to your parents as far as responsiblility, getting used being out contained by the world even though you will be paying more out there. Contact your H.R. Department. You will have to cram out a written complaint.

Your company may have a rule or policy in the order of treating everyone with respect, most companies enjoy some vague rule that say something like this. I worked at a company where on earth verbal bullying be common place. It be not unusual for an employee to be chewed out surrounded by the most vile and loud terms surrounded by front of everyone in the department. I be called the f**n b**h by the CEO within a company wide conference, because I was going to regulation school at dark. After that my direct supervisor would refer to me as the f**n b**h in front of citizens who reported to me, other company directors, and strangers. I tried everything to change the culture of bullying, and finally moved out because I was tired of person assaulted daily.

Man that doesnt sound similar to much but I guess if you don't have the fancy stuff you will be ok but if you enjoy kids that is different you would probably enjoy to work 2 jobs to generate ends meet. I know it is firm... The only guidance I can give you is to settle to God he always comes through possibly not at our timing but at his just be forgiving and sit back and keep watch on what he does don't give up or carry discouraged just save on asking just to agree to him know you have him within your mind that is the individual way he works and narrate him you love him for all that he have done.
