Need relief friends morning i ask?
i have not get hold of one suggestion or advice plzzzzzz..I am pursuing { b.com=bachelor of commerce). I did Tally 7.2, and i would resembling to do other courses. so could you pls tell me which course i enjoy to do, to get a well brought-up job...i can spend one and only 6000 . I am not able to spend much after 6000 . plzzzz
Answers: Do any IT related course, in accounts that will support you for further growth, Only Tally may not be that helpful and i suggest some course as a programmer related to accounts.
u mortal a commerce graduate... do any relating to derivatives(shares and other securities) which is very essential to get a profession in any investment bank firm...
tally 7.2(vat) is not such a good cource next to placement point of view

Vacation policies: what is your organzations policy?
thanks for your input.Answers: Our company's leave policy in a nut shell is as follows:
1. You will be entitled to a minimum of 5 days time off after six months of employment.
2. You will be entitled to a minimum of 10 days vacation after 1 year reckon from the day you be entitled to 5 days vacation. Then new 10 days yearly thereafter up to a maximum of 60 days. This mode you get 60 days time off every year thereafter. You need to use your break in excess of 60 days, otherwise it is forfeited, any unused break not more than 60 days is convertible to cash upon separation from the company.

All alliance employees are entitled to 15 days break per calendar year upon starting with the company as all right as 5 personal days. All vacations are subject to availability/approval. If you start beside the company mid-year, vacation entitlement is pro-rated.
