I worked at walmart in the signing dept.My nouns manager is the most evil entity in the world, stirs problems adjectives the time. Expecially with me.My assistant store negotiator, pretty much runs the store always bows down to her dont know why.I bring along with him and he is tolerant, i have have some personal issues making me miss work. .Well Michelle my direct mgr finds everything and writes me up. Thursday mike the asst mgr and michelle worked togeater.i got a ring up into Michelles office and mike be there.They both gain up on me on missing signs. I worked full time for 6 month, Michelle then told me my hours will carry cut to 18, i told them i signed a sheet for at least 35. Mike pulled it out it said min 18. Michelle afterwards told me my life will be a living hell here, Mike laugh.They had a volunary step down form, i be so nervous and signed it and moved out. I talked to chantal the hr mgr, she told me i signed a step down, consequence i am done. I also found out i cant get unemployeement,Answers: You get screwed and worse, it seems as though they unreasonably and unreasonably bullied you. I suggest you speak to another manager or even consider getting court advice. They pulled a briskly one on you and it's bullshit.
Don't SIGN anything unless you understand what the stop result will be. RULE of thumb!

Minimum wage?
ok so my gf is a secretary and works for the school district here contained by southern California.So she originally made minimum wage which was 7.50 for (a) the time of here hiring,but after January the state minimum wage go up to 8 dollars.well after her reward check for the entire month of January and she was still person paid 7.50.After asking around she be first told they couldn't do anything until the state sent a letter clich¨¦ that minimum wage was "officially" raise but after talking to team leader of the district she was told they would do what they could?what should she do?is near anyway she can get her lost wages stern?can she sue?Answers: She can report them to the Department of Industrial Relations here:

It is only for $80 so fashion sure she gives them the opportunity to fix this mistake up to that time she does so. Also, she could be branded a troublemaker and her performance could suddenly be looked at underneath a microscope, etc. So, I wouldn't be surprised if she were consent to go.
