How i can prepare my self for tema trainer undertaking interview?
Hi all i am going for interview for Team Trainer assignment somewhere in warehouse,its my first interview and i do not want miss this livelihood,but i have no conception that how i can prepare myself for this

You should know Adult Learning theory and know how to give examples of how it is applied using multiple training methodologies and how you own used it in times gone by.
Sell yourself to the company. Remember that they want to know how you can help them solve their problems.

I got caught texting and got sent home early... my manager told me if i did it again i would get fired!
no. i had a great day but i do every day at work. i am so lucky cos i have a great boss who lets me have fag breaks whenever i want, i can be late and not get in the s--t, if i go to the pub for lunch it doesnt matter if i come back 3hours late and p----d. I LOVE MY JOB. I love having my own business. being my own boss is great. if thats you in the picture, would you like to come and work for me. i will treat you like i treat myself in working hours!!

I did Monday my first day as well been up all night with a sickness bug I felt really rough next day but I was a trooper and went.

Today I had to be at work 2 hours early. That means 0700. I know, that is bad. When I was in the Navy I was getting up at 0430 without problems. I really got to get back into an early routine! I find myself fumbling with everything, and damnitall will this coffee ever kick in? I need some good ol' fashioned PT. Too bad there is no time for that on my break at my civilian job...

What format should I sent this scan application contained by?
I went to an interview yesterday for a really awesome position that I believe I may have gotten, though the hiring negotiator had a few more candidate coming in after me. He get my Resume off from a livelihood site and had it printed, but obviously, all companies require a written application. So he give me the application and told me that I could fax or e-mail it to him. He's hiring for that position and doesn't want the person within that position or anyone else around there to know what he's doing (the human being in that position is almost to be gone).He said I could fax or e-mail the application to him, but the fax machine he uses is surrounded by the next bureau over from his (he said I'd have to send for and let him know I be faxing it, and he'd have to shift stand over the machine until it go through, so nobody else would see anything related to the position). Plus, I don't have a fax apparatus at home.
I told him I'll e-mail it to him, and asked what format he wanted it contained by (.jpg, pdf, etc.).
Answers: Use PDF. Most everyone has Adobe Reader on their computer. If not, it is confidently downloaded.
PFD is the way to shift. It will also save the unproved formats from Microsoft Word if you used it. Its also more appealing to look at than a .doc
