Should I revise more nearly databses?

Today was my second daytime as a trainee in an IT department. I met near the general superior who advised me to consider research more about databases and to consider it as a profession choice.
Is this a good proposal? most companies here use Oracle and I am yet to graduate, should I start looking more surrounded by it?
How long does it take to master one?

Answers: Yes its fitting to learn how to use databases since pretty much every company uses one. Which one you should revise will depend on the company size. Smaller companies can get away using smaller database programs close to Access but bigger companies will need more credit software such as SAP, IBM, Oracle.

How long to master it will depend on your proficient. I would say its not something you will revise in a light of day or two. It takes a while getting use to managing the information and generating query and reports. As long as you practice with it you will grasp use to it.
Oracle is not a very biddable program...It will go away..I live within Co. Springs where it's really popular, my hubby knowledgeable it, and you would not believe how many folks dont like it...
I would check the looked-for ads surrounded by the paper and see what's surrounded by demand.. Go that route..databases are other good to know for sure, but surrounded by what language is the ask.

The following steps should be taken :-
Select a name that is legally available in your state.
File your "articles of incorporation," and pay a filing fee.
Apply for federal and state tax exemptions.
Create bylaws that will dictate how the corporation is run.
Appoint an initial board of directors.
Hold the first meeting of the board of directors
Apply for any licenses or permits that your corporation will need to operate in your state and local municipality.
In order to qualify for tax-exempt (501c3) status , you should create a concept paper and document your ideas with the structure for the organization you propose and you must share your concept with like minded persons and involve them as initial founders.

Next step would be to contact an attorney to assist you in preparing incorporation filings in your state. After your organization in incorporated, obtain an employer ID number, and apply for 501c3 tax-exempt status with the IRS.

Your funding requirements will depend on various factors , for which you have to prepare a plan which will be of use to you in approaching potential funding sources .
Approach an existing organization like a church, local council or youth centre about it. Make sure you have a detailed plan to present to them. They might be able to help you with premises/advertising/funding etc.

Theres all kinds of things that need to be thought about - police clearances for you and your team, insurance, organization structure... the list goes on =] good luck.
