If the apology I departed be merely because I really insufferable the conditions, what do I put as my root for departing?
My last errand was great at first, but after a while, we get a new supervision team. And, as what happen when new manager come in, population started getting fired. Even very firm working employees, who would made apt money for the store, got fired.
So, as can be expected, it started human being not fun to work in a place where on earth you felt the ax be going to fall anyday.
This go on for months, just firing folks and hiring less qualified morons who would not show up after a few days, disappearing more work for those still there, who be worried about their job. There was a couple of other issues next to that store that I had, but that's the largest one...
Now, I know employers look at your reason for leaving to determine if they want you nearby.
How can I say or what can I utter about this mission?
Answers: ...
you quit because you feel that you looked-for more responsibilities and the ability to grow near a company that would allow you
I'd say something along the lines of "enjoy your time there, but feel you were not competent to work to the best of your potential"
Actually, I like GeeGee's answer below me a great deal.
If you have already quit, that's adjectives right. However, usually I recommend taking this issue to the next difficult authority and if no positive response is sees one can quit mentioning the exact purpose in a straightforward comportment without any misgiving. You will be able to do this if you are not worried of getting another opening after leaving the current employer. No sentiments. Because, they are not running business for us and neither are we working for them. They do business for money and we also work for money. If they are more interested contained by their own well self, we also do. And, business and sentiment do not go hand-in-hand.
I left my job for a new 1 last friday 8-2-08 am i entitled 2 pay for my untaken holidays which is 2 weeks?
Answers: if you have worked there long enough yes you are entitled to be paid holiday pay and it approx 2days for every full month you have worked at the company
if the company say no contact the job center they will sort it out within minutes with a phone call
No, you are entitled to a percentage of your annual leave up to the date that you leave your emploment. If your previous company operated a 12 month year Jan - Dec then you would only be entitled to 6 weeks accruement of holiday pay in other words normally you should have 20 days paid holiday, but as you are leaving in Feb. you are only entitled to 2.5 days holiday pay. Your new employer will make the rest up as long as you stay, but should you leave them having used up all of your entitlement, they can remove the overpayment from your final salary.
