I recently go on vacation and when I come back, my boss of 10 months have given my best hours to some one else who had be there 1/4 of the time and have less experience. When she told me this, she said that it wasn't a punishment and that she be being f¨ºte to me. Mind you, I bent over backwards for this place over those 10 months, often picking up the slack for others. Although I be upset, I kept working. A little while later, she scream at me in front of my customers (I'm a waitress) because I have a "bad attitude". I don't know where on earth this came from considering I hadn't said two words to her since our converse. If anyone had the bleak attitude, it was her. The bitchfest done with a "ably, why don't you just quit". I said "ok". She later walked away to product next weeks' agenda. I continued to work a bit, even though I was getting dirty looks from everyone. Needless to read aloud, I walked out of my position during my shift because I couldn't take it.Do I own any chance of getting the charge?
