Might be fired for change shortage? Help!?
I'm a teller and I be short $500. May have forgotten to debit side. If they call adjectives the customers and cannot find it, I could be fired. How will I be able to find a career again? I don't have a college point. I have worked for the company for 5 years.Answers: Don't freak out on the other hand...banks are enormously, very thorough beside audits and they will go through every transaction to find out where on earth the error is.
If you made a keystroke error, and didn't hand over $500 contained by money that someone wasn't supposed to get, they will find it.
I wouldn't verbs about it. $500 dollars is an awfully big amount to lose. I'm sure they'll find it (you probably merely made a mistake inputting on the computer) and it'll show up somewhere. And they probably trust you so if you say you didn't pocket it, they probably believe you.
What are some of the reasons for someone to pursue a career in retail trade?
Answers: They might like people, management, business systems, prduct handing or merchandising.there are a number of reasons and while retail comes with many unpleasantries those who make a career out of it often are those who like management and business and don't mind people. Or are just plain crazy!
A position in retail sales at a major chain is not a bad stepping stone. For one thing, they job doesn't usually require high qualification. Second, major chain would provide the training and actually would help the employees to move forward. Third, the wages in retail may not be great. However, major retailers do offer benefits and stock purchasing plans. Do you know Walmart is the number 2 company that creates the most millionaires? Microsoft is number 1.
If you have a certain character, like talking to people and have some people skill, a retail job would probably lead you somewhere.
