A person's motivation is a combination of desire and dynamism directed at achieving a aim. Influencing someone's motivation means getting them to want to do what you know must be done.

Others are the complete different, hardly giving any input until the charge is complete and then criticing it.

Employee motivation, is how ardent the employees are to bring back the job done. Often times the manager style hinders the team motivation. They may feel that they are not human being trusted to complete a task - contained by the case of a micro-manager or that they are too critical which can effect every ones moral.

The wonderful is for your staff to feel trusted, respected and appreciated but let face it, not everyone is motivated by alike leadership styles so it is not effortless for the managers any. The more responsibility a manager give his staff, once they have proven themselves, usually lead to increased motivation - as the possibility of promotion increases.
