Is this legitimate?

My office will be closed for 3 weeks for remodeling and my boss stated that we will bring paid for the 3 weeks that the department is closed. He also stated that in the event that we are terminated we will own to pay this money support. Is this legal. I work at a private doctors organization.

They are lawfully bound to pay you and the principle of no work -no repay cannot be applied in this skin !
Unless you have signed an agreement that you will repay the funds, they are yours to maintain. An employer who makes a judgment to pay workforce during a closure does not have the right to after that change their mind and emergency repayment of those funds unless there is a written agreement which prevails.
