Why would employer fairly hire someone who is already employed than someone who is not currently employed?
I recently quit my brief to look for a new one so far no luck; I ve be unemployed for 4 months; when they ask me if I'm employed ; in poor health say no and from near it gets sour, WHY ?Answers: It make no sense, but employers want to hire someone who is already working. I regard it may be that some employers believe that if a being is not working they must be stagnant, that the person would never lately quit but must of been fired for some serious issue.
