Can I subpena babysitter's charge collection? I asked my ex-girlfriend to provide reciepts for babysitting costs.?
she just provided me near the reciepts. I think they are ficticoius. she must own bought them herself and had a friend sign them. Can I ask the court to subpena the babysitter's export tax records to see if she claimed the money my ex supposedly compensated her as income?? How else can I find out if the receipts are real and that my ex in fact spent that amount on our baby?Answers: I don't see why not. It's pertinent to the luggage. Some of the things the person above me said are not necessarily true, at lowest, not in my state. Here receipts are a run of the mill thing that can be contested.

In my view, you cannot get access to the babysitter's charge records. You can ask, but I seriously believe the conciliator wouldn't give you access to these history.
Usually, a father is ordered to pay child support. Once a child support demand has be issued, it doesn't matter what the mother pays to support the child. You still hold to pay child support.
If you are paying court ordered child support, it doesn't business how your ex-girlfriend is spending the money. She isn't under any legalized obligations to document her expenses. (I can guarantee you, that it costs like mad more to raise a child than what most mothers receive within child support.)
I seriously don't understand why she's giving you receipts to start with. I've never hear of anyone doing this.

Unless the individual whom you are requesting the tax documentation for is a party [that is - a name plaintiff or defendant - or in your travel case a named petitioner or respondent if this is a domestic law case] to the bag (which, obviously, a babysitter is not), you will own an extremely difficult time to show that the records, although relevant, exceed the privacy rights of a non-party.
The court is going to symmetry the interests of the parties and, if your ex-girlfriend is inclined to swear under cost of perjury that those are the receipts (which she would probably have to complete a form for income/expenses), consequently the court is probably going to say to be exact sufficient.
If you have an attorney, ask him and he will report to you the same item.
You can ask (although most of the time, a party can issue their own subpoenas [at tiniest in state court contained by CA]), but you probably won't get what you ask for.
You really expect your babysitter to enjoy tax chronicles.just pay cheque your child support you picked her.

Hi all i would hugely much like to become a driver instructor but the with the sole purpose problem is i dont have the money as is incredibly expensive and im on income support does anyone know of any financial help? Can anyone back me beside Mary Kay?
I started Mary Kay almost a year ago and I'm having trouble next to sales. I requirement help getting repeat business. I also involve help next to recruiting. I live surrounded by Michigan and the economy is beyond doomed to failure here so not many culture are willing to bit with their money. Any great mart techniques or recruit ideas would be greatly appreciated.Answers: Hi Southern. Sorry to hear you are struggling but I will lend some warning for you to help you out.
1. Go to MK Media and purchase cd's within the areas you need serve in.
2. Attend weekly meeting.
3. Talk to your director to help you out.
4. Do what your director suggests.
5. Get a ballot box or two and put within local hair/nail salons. Offer 1 title holder a certificate fund to the hair/nail salon and 1 winner $25 contained by free Mary Kay and all of them will be prospects to telephone call on.
6. Call and book every person you come across at classes, face-to-face, etc. but don't be pushy.
7. Call your customers a week or two after paperwork have be mailed from corporate and ask them if you can show them the unusual product.
8. Call all your customers in 2-weeks after they have purchased something from you. This let them know you care.
9. Send sale and gift philosophy through email, or a few in the correspondence to keep your describe out there and follow up inwardly 2 days or so.
10. Play the purse game at your classes!
11. Ask everyone you bump into at classes to help you do a practice hail as with your interview so you can swot up how to offer and promote Mary Kay's opportunity. It's okay if they aren't interested but tender them a free lipgloss or something for helping.

My godmother sell Mary Kay. What you need to do is own parties where on earth people come and buy Mary Kay products... you can also try hype: flyer, newspaper stuff similar to that. Print out flyers and put them in store window and stuff. Print out business cards and pass them out, also grant some of your friends some business cards and tell them to outdo them out. It's all give or take a few the business and what you make, so do what you get to do. Be Creative, and Good Luck!
