My experience and Master point fit these positions perfectly, and I spent like mad of time and energy to address the test criteria. I am so frustrated. Do they pay hourly+comissions or lately comissions how does it work??Answers: My ex husband used to sell cars and it be commission only. I own personally never hear of any dealerships that pay hourly at adjectives. It can be a very cut throat business. You can spend up to 3 or more hours next to one customer, showing them vehicles and later going back and forth on the price, merely to have them put your foot out because they want to "think just about it". Leaving you with no mart and no money made.
There are a few dealerships that will pay you an hourly rate, or commission- whichever is greater. But if you aren't producing, they wont keep you.
Expect to be remunerated straight commission only. And work your butt past its sell-by date and alot of hours for it.
