Answers: Hey, don't sweat, it will be piece of cake! I worked contained by Kmart for a year, and it was pretty cool. I go to Kmart one day and asked the emloyee at the Service Desk, if they are hiring presently. In my store they actually have a big sign in front of the store, that said that they are hiring, and who they are hiring, similar to Cashiers, Stock, and Overnight workers. So, getting back to my story, when i asked in the region of a job they said that they are hiring and they told me to plague out the application on their computer. After i filled it out, they said somebody will nickname me for an interview. So, within a week a organizer called me to diary an interview with me. I be hired at the interview.
To answer your questions:
1) You do not inevitability to dress up to ask if they are hiring, and fill out an application. But Do dress up for the Interview! That is thoroughly important, because they want to hire Serious relatives.
2) You can ask for the manager or simply go to the Service desk and ask somebody in that. Or when you go to the store look for a sign contained by the front that will say who are they hiring. If you do see the hiring sign, next look around the Cash Registers, for their Computers. When you locate them, just sit down at one and plague out the Application on the computer. But asking is always better.
Don't be over-sensitive, everything will be fine, trust me.
I hope this will help you out. If you enjoy any other questions, please ask. I would be glad to lend a hand you.
thanks Marina

Of course, you talk to whoever is surrounded by charge. If they can't help you afterwards ask who can.
Be courteous and talk clearly short mumbling.
Ask questions something like the job
what will your duties be?
How plentiful hours will I be expected to put in?
How are my coworkers?
Anything! Ask around the store, show interest!

You may only be 16 but you are almost an fully fledged.
