I had lied on my application by truism that I left the situation in rummage through of better hours when in certainty I was dismissed. I own now be suspended pending a assemblage to discuss the issue and I could be sacked. What can i do or right to be heard to keep my undertaking?Answers: The fact that you lied on your application is grounds for dismissal. Most employer treat it very seriously as it is a sign that you cannot be trusted.
Honesty is other the best policy and if you got sack you should own up to it and try to make the best of a unpromising situation.
I don't really know if there is anything you can do or utter to defend yourself except to be very apologetic and humble. Tell them that you really want this career and you know that you made a big mistake and that you've learnt from this mistake and will never repeat it.
At the call a halt of the day, you lied and miserably you got caught out - I'm not going to speak about you it's going to be ok because there is a worthy chance you will lose your brief. I hate to be the bearer of fruitless news but it might be worth looking for a unusual job very soon.
Just say you needed your job so weakly that you took the risk and lied...admit it and they may see that you did it for the right reason.

I be under the depression companies cannot give "bad" reference. the only piece negative they can vote is that would they employ you again...? No...

Not a lot. It would enjoy been better to explain why you be dismissed, any mitigating circumstances and why you feel your trial employer will not be put in equal position. Lesson learned for your subsequent job interview.
Companies cannot bestow bad reference - they either do not offer one or say you be unsuitable etc - it does not pay to fabrication about reference though - why did you offer this one? I hope you hold learnt from this and possibly if you put it to your boss that you have they will consent to you keep your opportunity, I hope so
It would be very strong for them to believe you after you have already lied once. A completely important and thorny lesson for you to learn. Try individual really honest and just entreat for another chance, suggest a probationary term to prove that you can be an asset to the company.
Anytime you lie on an application, you can and should be fired. No one will believe anything you say because you enjoy ruined your credibility. All you can do is show up for the meeting near head held high(but embarrassed) and narrate them you were feeling guilty over the dismissal and/or you disagreed with the dismissal minus sounding whiny but a lot of truth. Also report them you realize what you did was wrong and why and that you regret your actions-that you are a character of higher morals than it appears, etc. If your text there is exemplary, ask them to please consider keeping you, explain that you will do an excellent errand for them, ask for a probationary term if critical, but please give you a fate to work for them and then provide them 200%.

Your employers are very well within their rights to dismiss you, as your employement will own been subject to adjectives references.
Your solely option is to be as honest and apologetic as possible.
Say you realise it be a stupid mistake.
Say now you hold had the luck to experience the role you want it more than ever.
Say it is unexcusable, and that there be mitigating circumstances to your dismissal - but you appeciate that isn't the issue here (becuase its not, the issue is they can't trust you).
Say you are willing to do doesn`t matter what to assure them that you are a quality acquisiton for the company.

It may not be the fact that you be dismissed, rather that you lied, this reflect on your trustworthiness.
Explain and answer only to what they ask, don't turn into detail if it works against you.
Things you could say or do;
- Present reference from other previous employers
- Present persona references
- Try to draw from a reference from an member of staff at your previous job
- Negotiate an extended probation time to prove yourself.
- Don't beg or demoralise yourself, its not worth it.
- Focus on adjectives your good attributes.
