Got the sack what is the karma of getting my opening fund through an appeal?

Climbed a ladder lacking a helmet. sacked over moorland and safety issue.

Answers: Is it a first sin?
Does sound a bit extreme...depends on your industry and how critical they see it...
Old operations direction of mine sack a truck driver for the same quality of thing not wearing rock-hard hat contained by the yard...
Far as I know he stayed sack!!
A lot of companies are becoming very strict on vigour and safety . so it really depends of what type or training and breifing you be givin on wearing your safety gear.

have this happened to anyone at your place until that time?
seems a bit extreme for basically that one offence.

would you really want your commission back ?
Not much I should give attention to... depends really on how valuable you be to the company, if you were that valued later I would think they'd own given you a written/verbal warning
also If you did win an appeal believe of the bad thought between you and the boss when you returned
Why? Were you likely to plummet on your head? There are procedures to move about through before dismissal.
First sour, was it a wearing clothes job? We're you somewhere that be OK? If it was a first time bust, I'd move about back and negotiate near them, and offer something wager on, for what happened. I would fess up, and vote, "I goofed." THEN, offer to be vigilant and remind others of what can come about. You want to place yourself as a good possible asset, for disaster prevention. I've had ALOT of acting experience, and drama coaching by Professional actor, and directors. I KNOW I could pull this rotten, but I have the assistance, as long as they weren't aware of my Professional backround. I'd be back at hand tomorrow with a hardhat on the unbeatable ladder.
Not judge mate but... are you sure that you weren't an a*shole to begin next to, and that this was only a timely excuse? Seems a bit harsh otherwise. Usually you would capture a warning or some training / counselling or something.

What profession is lower / looked down upon more?

I'm going to college in august for unhealthy equipment operator training, but until next I've got to find a assignment. I applied to pick up the recycling and green bins, you single work four days a week, 12 hours a day, you're outside (which I love), it's surrounded by nice areas and everyone who works there really enjoy it.

My friend works in a factory until she go back to college surrounded by september (we go to indistinguishable college, but for different things) At the factory she works in, she have to make the walls for cubicles, apply material to them and package them. The culture there are friendly, several of them enjoy had to run on leave due to mental duress. The one woman have gone completely insane, & accuses everyone of stealing her textile, and purposely miscounting. It's extremely loud there, and you're constantly working next to fiberglass.

Which job do you judge is looked down upon more in society? she say if I take the assignment I applied for I'll be an embarassment.

Answers: Be an Answers consultant. I would pay for your answers. I'm sure lots others would also.
Mr.Blank, personally I infer the recycling bin is the better chore.
I have briefly worked surrounded by an factory, years ago. It was such a mindless living.

However, you should not care, what other family think at adjectives. Whatever it is you decide to work, it will be your livelihood for the time one. You should only be frowned upon on, if you do not work at adjectives and have others repay your way.
As you influence, you like working out-side. You wrote adjectives the good things within the category recycling bin, and the unpromising for fabric application. I meditate, you have your answer right here!
McDonalds; goshhh. lol (:

Can anyone tell me a website that gives salaries for jobs in different states and cities?

Answers: there are a few resources on the web for this info. as always salary is negotiable and varies depending on experience, area, etc.

Good luck!
the best way is to check the states website. each state has the stats for the salaries of jobs in there state is accurate. That's how i decide if i am getting offered enough and they also go by the city's within the state.
