Should i quit my current position and move without having a new position lined up?
Answers: Not unless you are independently wealthy. You don't know how long it will take for you to find another job.
Also, the next employer may be concerned about your abrupt departure, and they may believe it to be a lack of commitment on your part.
My vote is to stick it out.
Good luck!
Never do this. Always make sure to have the next job lined up before leaving. I've known many friends that have spent months searching and regretting leaving their last job without a safety net. (This is especially true in our volatile economy!)
Good luck!
Okay, I had a good friend who did that and he just found a job this week. He quit his job in September of last year! He said it was the dumbest move he'd ever done.
Diligently start searching for another job as soon as possible. Stack up on your present job, that way at least you won't leave without a reference.
Workers security??
ok well im 14 and required to get a workers warranty for an over the summer job. i in recent times want to be like a daypack girl or something at a grocery store. can i get a workers area monopoly at this age?oh and i live in california
Answers: yes you can work you will have need of a work permit from conservatory.
Typically, after an employer agrees to hire a minor, the minor obtains from his or her university a Department of Education form entitled "Statement of Intent to Employ Minor and Request for Work Permit". The form must be completed by the minor and the employer and signed by the minor's parent or guardian and the employer. After returning the completed and signed form to the school, academy officials may issue the area monopoly to employ and work. When arts school is not in session this form can be obtain from the superintendents office.

You might. You can ask your university if they have a permission available. But usually they take students who are at least possible 16 years of age.
